1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use tatva.technology (the "website"). The website is run by TATVA Technology, a sole proprietorship owned by Nitin Parab, based in Panvel, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Services and client agreements
The website describes our services. It is not an offer. Any work we do for you is governed by a written quote, work order or agreement signed or accepted by both sides. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative and exclude GST unless stated. The final price is the one in your written quote or invoice. We do not take payments through the website. Payment terms, refunds and cancellations are set out in your written quote or agreement.
4. Delivery
Our services are delivered digitally (email, shared files, code repositories, deployment to your hosting) or on site, as set out in your quote. No physical goods are shipped unless a quote says so. Timelines are those agreed in writing.
5. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any account;
- send malware, spam or automated bulk requests through the contact form;
- copy the website's design, logo or content for commercial use without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The TATVA name, winged-T logo, website design and content belong to TATVA Technology. You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in each client agreement.
7. Accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate and current. Descriptions of products or research in development describe intentions, not commitments. See our Disclaimer.
8. Links to other sites
The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our liability for paid services is limited as set out in the relevant client agreement.
11. Customer support and grievances
Questions: info@tatva.technology, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. Complaints: Grievance Officer Nitin Parab, grievance@tatva.technology. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
12. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by discussion in good faith. If that fails within 30 days, the courts at Panvel, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
