This notice explains what personal data TATVA Technology collects through tatva.technology and when you contact us, why, and how you can control it. You can read it on its own; it does not depend on any other document.
1. Who we are
TATVA Technology is a sole proprietorship owned by Nitin Parab, with its place of business in Panvel, Maharashtra, India. For this notice, we are the "Data Fiduciary": we decide why and how your personal data is used.

2. What we collect and why

We do not collect more than we need. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions): website hosting and contact form delivery
- Hostinger: business email
- Our Chartered Accountant: invoicing and tax filings
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it
These providers process data on our instructions. Some may store data outside India (for example, Google serves the website from data centres in several countries). We will not transfer data to any country the Government of India restricts.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Withdraw consent. Email grievance@tatva.technology with the subject "Withdraw consent", or click "unsubscribe" in any update email. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect what we lawfully did before.
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with.
- Correct, complete, update or erase your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.
- Complain to us (section 8), and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
Send requests to grievance@tatva.technology or use the contact form at tatva.technology/contact. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
7. Security
We use HTTPS on the whole site, business email with authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), strong passwords with two-factor authentication on our accounts, limited access, and regular backups. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Grievance redressal

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt. In no case will resolution take longer than 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and government bodies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn we have a child's data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell clients by email.
